I have already spoken to the service manager. My tires weren’t rotated even thou you tried to charge me for it and also for an oil change that I’m pretty sure never got done because I checked the oil viscosity and color before we left and it was black and thin. Horrible experience I bought my car from Fred beans we will not be back for service or another vehicle ever

To pay over $100 for windshield wipers is outrageous. Felt like the free inspection and auto emissions was not worth it. Felt that I didn’t have a choice because I was first told I barely passed but should get them taken care of soon. Decided that I would pass for today. Then was told the car failed because of the wiper blades. Then saw the estimate of $47.25 for blades was high. Then got the bill for $102.67 was surprised and very disappointed. Never plan to use Fred Beans again and let others know about the discounted wiper blades for over $100. By the way the people were nice. PAUL R

I believe my vehicle is fixed, only drove for a day so far. I was not satisfied with customer service in the beginning. He wanted to find the closest loaner so he didn’t have to walk far, then brought me one that was highlighted to not give to warranty customer. Gave it to me anyway. Overall, Dan gave impression he didn’t want to be bothered. One of the 3 working wanted to help (Matt) but clearly tension between 3 of them.
