Typical friendly, professional service. Always like to wait for my car. Never have to wait long and they always give updates and ask before additional work is done. No surprises.
Everyone was polite and efficient...even with masks! My one comment would be perhaps have some outside seating for when people wait. Other than that, it was almost like a mini vacation. Thanks Much!

I was happy with the Fred Beans experience. We’ve been a customer at O’Neil Nissan for 5 years. We have since moved closer to Fred Beans and decided to have our Pathfinder inspected for convenience purposes. The sales at Oneil has been good, but the service experience has been less than satisfactory. Fred Beans had a place my kids could play while we waited and was done in less time than promised. They also honoured all warranties from O’Neil Nissan. We will continue to bring our leases to Fred Beans for service and hope the same for our sales experience when the leases run out.

I thought I paid for my work in advance. However, I had to pay an additional $420 (approx). This was not explained to me prior to getting the work done. If I had known that I would have to pay over $900 to fix a mirror, I would have not done this. The person who helped me basically walked away after handing me the bill. Left the poor woman at the desk to try and explain.
I’m not happy. I feel duped on this. I can easily find another dealer or mechanic for my car. I doubt I’ll come back to Beans

Service was great, thank you. Only negative was that my car had been dropped off clean with no water spots on it (it had been freshly washed), but was returned to me with LOTS of hard water spots on the windshield, windows, mirrors, and hood. It will take some elbow grease to get rid of them. Frustrating for me as it had just been spotless when dropped off.
In the future, I will try to remember to request NO automatic car wash with service, as it ends up being more work for me to remove the unsightly spots. Please note it was a sunny day, so it was not from a rain shower.
