I was happy with the customer service Terry provided. The oil change took 2.5 hours to complete even though I had an appointment scheduled. When I got my car back it had been run through the car wash, but because it was air dried there were water/soap spots all over the car. There was also some type of liquid that was smeared all over the leather interior of my car. It looked filthy. So I wasn’t very happy with the oil change, but I do appreciate Terry’s positive attitude.
Terry is always a pleasure to work with. I was alittle disappointed by the loaner car as it was not clean and had barely enough gas in it to make it home, but otherwise my experience was great. Thanks again.
Everyone was fantastic from Ryan picking up my car and bring it back to Theresa with her great customer service and fast response. I really liked the smooth contactless touch process and I would recommend Fred Beans dealerships to anyone looking for a new car and or current car service.
