Ray is the most outstanding car professional I have ever dealt with. I have purchased many cars. I am now a senior citizen. His professionalism from the car purchase through the service of the engine due to animal damage is 1001% he is truly an excellent asset to your company. I would recommend him to anyone. Rich Scott is great to deal with and very professional. Unfortunately the service area was not able to find the source of the annoying noise coming from the back of the vehicle since I took delivery of it on 1/25/20. I need to schedule an appointment with the body shop to see if they can figure it out. I have been happy with my experience at Fred Beans. And generally happy with the Jeep but the unknown noise is a nuisance.
