My backup camera worked properly when I brought it in for the recall. Now it gets stuck on for about 10 seconds after I take the Jeep out of reverse. The purpose of the recall was to eliminate the problem that I now have after Fred Beans updated the software.

Process was easy enough, Rafael was easy to talk to. These are trying times right now - I'm WFH, taking care of two small kids, trying to home school the one. It's exhausting trying to balance, manage and juggle it all, so it was nice that FB provided this service. A little odd that they sent a newer employee to pick up my car, who also seemed to be a kid, but again, I trust FB and if they trust him, then I trust I'm in good hands. She did, after all, seem to get to FB and back home ok.

When I made the appointment I told service that I had a very tight schedule but I did have 3 hours I put my car in specifically to get the emergency brake fixed after 2 hours I approached the service desk looking for a status to find out that all that was done to my car was a 10-point service check this again was after sitting there for two hours now I wasn't born yesterday and I can imagine a service check cannot be any longer than 45 minutes which is not explain for the other one hour and 15 minutes that I was sitting there needless to say I was very upset the recommendation defects my emergency Big Break was to replace the rear brakes which by the way was done in September of 2019 which I brought in for the exact same problem when I first mentioned it to the service desk they did not know that my car had the same service done in September I was visibly upset and definitely raised my voice then I called up to Ford dealership to talk to an executive shortly after that the administrator got back to me saying that the general manager will be out to talk to me the general manager offered a car rental initially I took it but after getting to the rental location I felt that I needed to get a second opinion when I went back to the Jeep dealer I remembered that the general manager mentioned to me that he had heard me raising my voice talk into the service desk but at no point did he come out to see what was wrong I approached the general manager and explain to him I had former experience in the service industry and if I was sitting in my office and heard a customer yelling at a service member I would have immediately going out to see what was wrong and also tried to calm the situation so I questioned him he said if you heard me yelling why didn't you come out to see what the issue was his answer was I apologize for that which is totally unacceptable because he apologized I was supposed to accept that is correct I've decided to get a second opinion and depending on that second opinion I will follow up with the executive at Fred **** I cannot stress again how poorly this was handled especially under the circumstance when there was nobody in there but myself and one other gentleman with six cars in the maintenance bag
