jeep was fine.... but rental was a point of contention.... used minimal gas and in this pandemic,,,,, last thing I wanted to do was touch a gas pump handle... non-the less... I took the car to put 2.5 gallons of gas in! Sometimes your policy should change for the safety of your clients.

Ray was great, However, I think your prices are ridiculous. It seems like every time I bring my vehicle to a Fred beans dealership I get bend over the coals. I know I needed a battery but was still charged a test fee of $67 plus at $100 to replace wipers really. Wow

Richard was wonderful and that he kept me apprised of the repairs as they went forward and the need to get a new amplifier and correct the problems with the radio in addition Bob Mitchel who sold me the lease on the jeep couldn’t of been more helpful throughout the week or so that I was having repairs made on my new least grand Cherokee I am very happy that I leased the wonderful top-of-the-line grand Cherokee Bob Mitchel has been stellar throughout the leasing and the repairs and so has Richard I’m so happy to do business with you Warren W
