Love my jeep and today I was remembered and greeted and actually asked how I was. It was amazing. The service rep also asked about how I had made out when looking at a truck a month ago...I told him it was a disaster. Nobody wanted to make a deal and my time got wasted during covid when you should limit exposure I come cause of convenience and am not sure I will buy again at Fred ****
Ray was very nice, extremely personable.
My jeep passed inspection today but i was given an estimated $6,000 in repairs i should get done.
When I asked Ray what would be covered under warranty it seemed like it would be an extreme inconvenience. He said something along the lines of “listen i’m not going to sit here and hash things out with the warranty people for hours unless I know your going to have the work done here.”
I bought the vehicle and the extended warranty through you guys. Im not signing up for or agreeing to $6,000 worth of work when I dont know what will be covered under warranty like this is some guessing game.
I bought the 2015 wrangler from you guys, I purchased the vehicle from you guys, all but one oil change was done with you guys.
And as im telling people about my experience today...i’ve heard nothing but bad things. I hope we can resolve this. Im getting a second opinion tomorrow.
As I said I actually really liked Ray...GREAT GUY. But if your policy is to have me agree to a roughly $6,000 job before I know what insurance will cover? Would you have a dental procedure done without knowing what insurance will cover?
He came in his own car to pick me up, due to the fact that the Beans pickup car, failed to do so. It made a bad experience, turn into a good one. Thanks again Chris!

Rafael is always pleasant. We’ve developed a good rapport over the past few months. My service was expected to be 2 hours, but I was a little late and got bumped back (totally understood). He did his job and offered me a rental/loaner but I declined because I preferred waiting to simply get out of the confines of my home. Rafael was always pleasant during my visit and checked-in constantly.
