I was initially charged $200 more than I was quoted. One of the guys there tried helping me with an app issue in my car and his mask kept falling down. He wears it Iike a turtle neck. It’s way too big and he never covers his face or nose. Not the first time I’ve seen this with him. Derrick on the other hand was exceptionally helpful. Also Andrew could have sold me a car but he never got back to me so I bought my Jeep from your competitor who were extremely attentive.

I’ve been a customer for quite a few years and Chris has taken care of us many times. His service is always excellent and professional from start to finish, from scheduling to keeping us updated and addressing any issues with our Jeep. Ray was great - couldn’t have been more helpful, personable and professional. What I would change is having a rental available at the same place I drop the car. And I wouldn’t hate it if you upsold me on a rental - I think you’re totally missing an opportunity. Just my two cents:)

Phone conversations were hurried. Car was not parked in the spot indicated on the tag. Car was not washed. Courtesy on the phone from VE VW is Excellent not at Dodge. Details make the difference.

I took my 2020 jeep gladiator to have the timing Cover seal done, and an oil change, calibration of gas gauge,and 2 inch play on the steering wheel when vehicle go straight,I drop the vehicle on the 6/22/2020, I called them the next day to get an update on the vehicle. When I spoke to the service advisor, he told me the tech need to remove the front bumper to get to the timing chain cover seal because the bumper is an after market and charge me $129 to remove it, but It doesn't look like they took the bumper off and I believe they don't need to take the bumper of to get to the timing chain cover and when I went to pick up my vehicle on 6/25/2020 I see oil splash all under the frame and suspension and oil drain plug dripping oil and when I check my dip stick it was about quart low, I am very disappointed with their work, and no professionalism and charge me for something they didn't do and also tech said there is no play on my steering wheel even if it do because it would be from the big tires, even though the tire came from the manufacturer. My vechile only have 3800 miles. They tried to play me since I do this for a living I know what work that need to be done. I know what needed to be removed in order to get the work done. The only reason I took the vechile back to them is because i don't want to void the warranty. I never seen such a sloppy job and not happy with the fred beans service.
