There was confusion with the car rental coverage provided by the warrantee company. Initially only four days were approved. When the repairs could not be completed in four days additional days were approved. The dealership insisted only four days were approved. I Called to confirm 7 days were approved, Intially I was told by the service manager the ‘bill’ was already submitted to the warrantee company for four days and couldn’t be changed. After confirmation was received, the bill was changed and new copies were provided to me. When choosing service providers, a sound integrity is essential.

I scheduled my appointment on line for a tire rotation and balance along with and inspection but somehow the tire rotation did not happen even though I got a confirmation of what I wanted done, so I'm dissatisfied with your service department

Found a few scratches where my head unit was replaced. I took pictures before I dropped my car off to get serviced. And when my appointment was completed, I noticed the scratches.
