Very efficient in installing the front license plate holder to our new GV70 which was delivered without that holder.
The service order I signed had the first item on the list as "Technician sets all tire pressures to specs". Later that day while driving the vehicle a Low Pressure Tire Warning appeared on the dashboard. The tires were checked the next day when cool and all four tires were measured at 30 PSI or less. The specifications indicate that the pressures should be set at 35 PSI for the front tires and 39 PSI for the rear. After refilling all tires to the correct pressures and driving the vehicle for a few miles the dashboard warning reset.
Service advisor Sandra was amazing! She was so helpful and tried to accommodate me when I mentioned how uncomfortably hot the waiting area was.
I ended up waiting in the waiting room for over 2 hours and was heat exhausted as the AC didn’t seem to be working. It’s 121 degrees outside and the indoor waiting room was really uncomfortably warm. Not ideal climate for customers to sit in that area and wait in indoor heat for over 2 hours. They need AC repair or extra fans in the meantime.
