I found out this morning that some items had been stolen from my glove box. I will be contacting the service manager on Monday . I want my items back or money that I paid for these items. If not I will contact the La Quinta Police to file a complaint .
I took my car out today Saturday I got a block away had to bring it back a banging noise underneath the hood. The technician said a hose was left loose and was taken cate of. I brought it back to Indio where my business is and parked the vehicle.
When I was going home I was on Jackson and all the power went off in my car. The police came had to block that lane and wait for a tow truck. Fortunately one of your employees was passing by and recognized the car from today in the shop. It was very nice of him to stop and started investigating and found something was not connected. He was able to get it running and I brought it home. I didn’t get his name but the manager should give him a raise for what he did. I don’t know who worked on this car but wasn’t very professional. I absolutely loved Sandy who was the only one I actually saw. She was lovely. The problem was not until I got home and noticed a scrape taken off my trunk area from when they took my spare out (or in- I have no idea).
I have only had my car for a year and I keep it in pristine condition. There was not one scratch until now.
I am not sure how this can be resolved. It is due for its service so perhaps it can be repaired when I take it in for that? I am just very disappointed in how careless this seems. I know they are in a hurry, but I am sure someone noticed they did this to my car when it happened. I would think they could have told me what they did and fixed it for me right then. Very disappointed.

I bought new key but I didn’t have a part to change out key. Have to come back ??Also after I had the 40,000 mile service done,I noticed the smell of gasoline in my car and in my garage. Last week I spent $175 to have the car detailed and waxed, thinking maybe one of the service people had gas on their clothes and that is what caused it. Now the smell is back strong in my car AND in my garage. When I bring the car back for the key change, can you please put the car up on a hoist and check for for a gas leak? Thanks Evelyn K

Just one comment. Dropped off the car at 8:30am for a tire and wheel change and it wasn’t ready until 3:30pm. It was great they worked me in, but why not a car wash too after 7 hours ? Janet
Great experience. Just wish I didn't have to wait a week for appt .
Car is still not fixed. Issue was a potential life threatening one. Returned it to the dealership.
