At first I was upset that something was being done to my car that was foreign to me and would cost me extra $ but wasn’t explained clearly.....this matter was settled between the service manager and me. I have always felt good about the client treatment at this dealership and still feel the same way. I am confident that my car will receive the necessary services at a reasonable cost at La Quinta Hyundai. I am very happy that I chose a Hyundai Sonata and am hoping that one day my husband will purchase a Genesis to replace our Lexus. Thank you, Mrs. Karen S

I enjoyed working with Alejandro (Alex). He is always so nice and very informative and helps out with helping his customers. He has a great personality. We have dealt with him a few times and he is always so kind.

The staff at Hyundai is so friendly and welcoming I love to go there. I have had my vehicle serviced there since I bought it 10 or so years ago. I especially like Anthony and today Sandra was efficient and especially nice to me A great staff!????

Took way longer than was told, and then they put an aftermarket piece I didn’t even want or originally agree to and charged me nearly the same price on a window regulator. Then after all that, not to mention charging me 125 bucks to stick cardboard in my window the time before, they left my car ridiculously dirty after requesting it be washed a total of 3 times. Also, I wanted a tail light bulb replaced and they told me it had melted into it so I have to replace the tail light costing me 200 rather than 10 bucks. Pretty done with this place and i NEVER write reviews...
