Alex was helpful and courteous. The repairs took far longer than initially quoted but Hyundai did take care of the work under warranty and Alex kept me posted on the progress and returned my calls in a timely manner

Although Hyundai did the right thing and repaired my car under warranty the original estimate was one week to 10 days. The actual service time was almost 2 months. That was out of the control of the service manager but that's why I didn't say I was completely satisfied. I did receive a loaner car after the 1st 10 days but again it took 2 months to have the car repaired
