It was a difficult time to have a , transmission go bad with so few miles on it, i was told it would be a new transmission, but the invoice says remanufactured, either way i have one year left on my lease, Alex and la wuinta hyundai did the brst they could under a tough situation! Thanks Bob

Well being stranded in corona this past week my car trunk would not open which was so inconvenient as I had the guitar player and his equipment was in the trunk after several attempts I was finally able to open however I could not get it to close being stranded Was very difficult what made the situation so much better is I called your service department was so fortunate that Abe answered immediately recognize my situation and that I was affectionately called aunt Amy just hearing his voice and knowing that I was going to be OK and the problem was going to be fixed made the evening As a single woman it was so comforting to have Abe on the phone with me thank you again and special thanks to Abe

Scheduled an appointment on 12/15/20 to get my infotainment system checked or get updated, didn’t happen. Nothing was done he just told me if it shuts down again, schedule another appointment. How many appointments should I book for them to help me?
