The estimated time to replace a part was an hour and a half. It took over 2 1/2 hours, no one came to give me a progress report,, waiting room is very small so difficult to remain socially distanced, the Wi-Fi was very weak so I was unable to get work done, I finally went to inquire about the status of my car I was told that it was ready, then it took a long time to check out.I had intended to get help working on my navigation system but there was no more time and now I will have to return.
I know I can always trust all of you in the service department. Anthony is a great overseer who we can count on.

Malissa Lucero from the day I walked in she was very helpful and kind. I know dropping off your car can be a headache at times but not once not once did I feel any stress dropping my car off . She made sure she stayed in contact every step of the way got my car Back to me sooner than expected which is a big plus I truly appreciate her excellent customer service not the first time that Melissa has help me but every single time she has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is well once again I truly appreciate Hyundai of La Quinta
