Great service for Genesis G80. Sandra is a total professional. She was very courteous and took care of me immediately when I arrived for my appointment at 9:00 AM. The issue was handled timely and when it was determined there was no repair required, I was not charged. I will certainly return to LaQuinta Genesis for all my service needs and for a new Genesis when that time comes.

I do not think I’ll be going back for an oil change that cost me 65 dollars. Before your oil change was 43 dollars now it jumped up to 65 I’m sorry can’t do it

I was NOT called or texted when the vehicle was done. I received a text/email the next day after I had already picked up my vehicle. The work was NOT completed. In the past I was told my car wasn’t washed because my appointment was on a Saturday. This time it was on a Tuesday but no change. I had a sunshade readily available in my back seat yet my car was left in the sun without the shade. It was not a great experience to say the least
