I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of service, communication, transparency and follow up from Alex as well as management. No one bothered to follow up and own up to the situation from my last visit. I understand everyone is busy and short on staff but the below standard service is unacceptable. I’m happy to take my business to Palm Springs Hyundai.

I have a transmission problem and I thought it would be handled today. I was told To make another appointment because there needs to be a test done on the transmission that will take two days and the test could make the transmission worse or better. They don’t have any loaner cars so I would be without a car for Two days. I made an appointment for the test and the soonest I could get would Be October 18th. This is September first. I’m concerned about the safety of driving a car that the transmission slams into gear.
