Scheduling was an issue and I had a tire issue that I asked them to look at. I asked when they called to say the car was done I inquired about the tire and was told that tires were checked and everything OK. I pushed the issue and they called back to say there was a nail in tire but it couldn’t be fixed. I needed a new tire. When I picked the car up they hadn’t even put air in that tire to get the tire pressure to the proper psi

After waiting 2 hrs in the lobby for my ride I was told they couldn’t give me a ride to Palm Springs. I was told it would be several ours before they could even look at my car. I made my appointment 3 weeks in advance thinking I would be able to have my car Diagnosed at least for the two hours I was sitting there.
