I was to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I received my car “ready to go” the tire rotation had not been done. I mark my tires for this reason! The service advisor informed me “Well, they don’t always read the order”!!! Unbelievable!!

A great experience today. Alex at the front desk was polite and accommodating. The service itself was performed in a reasonable amount of time.

It seems that the overall service is lacking in the quality that was their before. After the service I found that the air level in my tires had been reduced which led to the car alert of a tire issue on Friday, August 6, 2021. After having the tires corrected with the proper air levels at the place where I buy my tires. Please correct what you are doing as I will give a bad review on Yelp. I have never had any issues like what I had with you putting a “new” battery in leaving my car dead. I missed a business event that is a loss of revenue for me. Not good.
