You asked me to do a survey to see if I was satisfied with my oil change which I was...end of story. Then the next question u ask is if I want you to value my trade? Brought my car in to the Quick lane for an oil change, with an appt. at 11:00 and an hour and a half later, it was done at 12:30. I’m not a complainer, so I didn’t say anything. But since your asking, I will tell you that waiting in the waiting room for 90 minutes for an oil change, while a 9 year old boy walks around without a mask the whole time is not my idea of a good decision on my part. I’ll probably just do a Valvoline oil change place next time, stay in my car and be done in 20 minutes. I expected better and two times in a row I’ve been disappointed.
