Service tech was not wearing a mask and pulled my car around, no mask and obviously touching steering wheel, transmission shifter, door handle, etc. I’m not sure why this would’ve allowed at a reputable dealership, especially after governor just reinstated mask policy for all businesses.
The man who actually did the work and processed my paperwork and took payment was named, Justin. Quick Lane was a bit backed up and he came from the sales building to keep them on track! He was great as well as , Matthew.

Asked for just an oil change. When I picked my truck up Matt tried to sell me an air filter. Meaning they went through my truck unlike what I asked for. I was obviously annoyed about it and Matt got an attitude.I tried to explain why I didn’t want this but he wouldn’t listen. He ended up telling me to never come back and wanted to argue with me instead of getting me Out the store I had to tell him repeatedly to run my card so I could leave but all he wanted was an argument. I’m sure I didn’t handle it the best but he sure as heck made things so much worse. I even tried to apologize but he didn’t want to have it. By the end I was told to never enter the store again. Which is fine I’ll go back to wrenching on my vehicles myself and take them to whites for warranty

Per your recommendation, I brought my truck in for transmission flush ($179.95) and a coolant flush ($154.95). During the service process you asked me if I wanted to change the transmission filter. I asked what the cost would be. You checked and told me it would be about $40 for filter and $44 for gasket. I also needed a valve stem around $25. So I am expecting a total cost for service to be around $450 to $525. My bill was $896.61. I told them that could not be correct. They failed to tell me $336 in labor to change filter. You were not totally honest with me in regards to cost for filter change. For that money I would not have done the filter change. I feel that I was taken advantage of and I am still very disappointed in this service visit. Not a good experience!! Bob Williams 937-360 -3046

You told my wife that we were going to need new tires when we just bought the tires 6 months ago and they are top of the line tires. They haven't been driven 8000 miles and are rated for 60000. Then on the paperwork you marked them as good. So either it was because we didn't buy them there or you think my wife is stupid.
In and out in timely manner. Very pleased with everyone.
2nd time in a row I’ve had the “works” package and my windshield washer fluid was not refilled.
