They left one wheel lug nuts loose, but they did find a nail in my tire and let me know, the office guys are great. I just hope that it don’t compromise the lugs on that wheel, I pull a 32’ camper with my grandkids so I’m a little apprehensive about the pulling my camper with the weight of it!!!!

Scott always does a great job. If there is a problem, he explains what the issue is clearly then gets the issue resolved as quickly as possible. I drive a lot a miles so I probably see Scott more than most and he always has a great, cheerful attitude. I highly recommend Scott Romans to handle service issues. Regards, Dan D

I was innthete Tuesday morning at 7;30 am didn’t know you had to have appointment the guy MAtt said I had to have appointment with the virus going on it didn’t say anything about appointment on Facebook I said since I’m here will you take me he said I can’t I have a person coming in at 8 and your car might run past 8 he was rude so the tech that was on duty that morning wa trying to tell him he had everything set up in the bays right in front of me he kept telling him to go back out there he would talk to him out there rude to him and then he said I will talk to you out ther go. So I don’t think I will go back this was a free oil change . The guy I felt with Wednesday was very nice and apologized to me from what happened Tuesday I’m James wife I’m the one that took our vehicle in
