I brought truck in for an oil change and for a tire pressure sensor fault. Was told sensor was reset. Light came back on less than 10 miles down the road. I called and left voice-mail and also emailed a picture to Chad Swartzmiller. I do not want to drive all the way back over for that sensor. Would like it to be documented so it is for sure taken care of at next service or when I'm available to bring it over.

it was a bit late but satisfied and good guys.
Went in for a oil change. When they changed the filter I guess it had a second seal on it that wasn’t remove and put the new filter on top of the old seal. Started the truck and it blew oil all over the engine compartment and truck. They washed the truck and sent it inside to be degreased. I sent it back because it still had oil covering the lower part of the engine. I checked the oil and it looked like it was over filled but the manager said it was ok. The truck is a 2019 platinum with 20,000 miles I hope everything is ok. John T

I had an appointment for 11:00am today they didn’t pull my truck into a bay until 11:27am there was open bays..... I sat there a lady came in they put her car in and done a out change and rotate her tires. She was done and on her way. I’m still sitting waiting...... 12:45 pm my truck was done oil change and tire rotation. Need to change the name it is not quite at all. Very disappointed in my service, of the service today. I was never told they are almost done??? Or nothing the young man was to busy looking at his phone if nobody was at the counter. I never left the building until my truck was done.
I asked for a full synthetic oil change was told they could do it and it was a synthetic blend that was used and I wasn’t informed any differently until after the fact.
I always trust Buckeye Ford with my csr.
