I will not be returning to this location. When the work was finished on my car no one called me. I lost track of time and you were closed by the time I thought about it so I had to wait until Monday to get my car. They said they called, but I have voice mail on my phone and there was no missed call or voice mail. When my wife went to get my car no one was at the desk and she had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up. He was not apologetic at all - was just like "What?". When she got in my car, the seat was all the way reclined and the dash display was set on bluetooth audio, which I never do. So I'm pretty sure someone took a nap in my car at some point.
Both Matthew and his mechanic were very attentive especially finding the nail in a tire of ours keep up the good work Thank You!
