Was happy with the oil change but was very upset because I was told my rear shocks have to be replaced. My car is only 2 years old I should not have to pay full price to replace shocks on a car that is only 2 years old. We have bought all our cars from you. Never had a problem like this happen on any car at only 2 years old. I don't think we should be responsible to pay this whole bill. Dianna R
