After battery replacement my screen was completely dark and clock was not reset. Nick however was above excellent. He worked very hard correcting a warranty issue and then fixed my screen and clock. Above expectations. He deserves recognition.

They checked my tire pressure and said they were at 35lbs but on my way home the tire light came on.when I got home I checked them and they were all at 25lbs.

I was not updated concerning my vehicle at all. I was not expecting my vehicle to be kept over night. I was also upset that it was recommended to do a fuel injection service since this was done to my vehicle June 2024. It concerns me that this service department is recommending unnecessary services.

While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I needed a quiet place to work. I was directed to an office type room for me. It was great. I was able to get some work done while waiting for my vehicle. It was very nice. Thank you.

Josh failed to call me when he had promised for update on the service when I called he told me the technician was still working on the car. The valve covers had been placed, but a cam sensor had showed up when they test drove the car when I called back Later he told me the technician was still trying to determine the source of the sensor warning the next day when I called, he said he would check with the technician. I failed to hear from him, so I called the central service line. The lady put me in touch with the technician who was working next to my car. He said the technician was sick and not working that day, so Josh misled me when he said there was a technician working on my car trying to figure out the problem. I then talk to John who immediately handled the problem sent me a loaner car and had the service completed.
