I was felt like it was a bother asking about the tire warning light. I had recently brought the vehicle over for the same problem, was told it was due to cold temps, air was put in the “ low” tire and I left. I was concerned when it happened again.
I sat for 1 1/2 hrs. without any updates or communication at all. Finally, I was informed I had a nail in my tire, and he thought it was in stock ?!
Never came back or sent me a text to let me know that it was in stock, and it would be exchanged. I assumed when I sat another 30-40 minutes, it was being replaced. Zerryck never came back, a female came into the waiting area- calling for “ Lockhart”,several times - not knowing who I was or the area I was sitting.
I stood up, identifying myself, I think everyone in the area was aware of my
name…
It was an unpleasant and frustrating experience. Not the great service and professional courtesy I received last time from Josh.

My car was picked up at 8:00 AM on Monday morning, I got the text at 11:30 AM saying everything look good. We needed a three row car for Christmas, yet we did not get our car back on Monday. I am hoping we get it back Thursday. I didn’t know when they came to pick up your car that it was a multiple day turnaround. Very frustrating, especially at Christmas.
