I had a few issues when I arrived. I was promised a loaner vehicle and one was not available. I was also told my service would take 2-3 hrs and then told it would be Monday before it was ready (I brought it in Friday afternoon). This was extremely stressful since I had a long trip planned for Sunday. Zarryck was able to navigate my issues and had my car ready as promised on Friday and ultimately was able to provide a loaner vehicle. The only reason I will continue to bring my vehicle to your dealership is because of his service and his commitment to his customers! Good job Zaaryck; I appreciate you!!

I did not drive the rental because my car was ready by the time I was done at work. The person returning my car called me to confirm dropoff. I asked him how long it would take him to get to Manchester Road/ Coventry even specified ‘’ portage lake area’’ and he said 20 minutes. He then proceeded to drive my car to my house in massillon. I rushed home and not that I would have expected him to freeze but he sat in my driveway with my car running for 30 minutes until I made it home. He should have at least apologized or assured me I wouldn’t owe the $10 fee. My car smelled horrible. I had to air it out and febreze it.
