This is not representative of the Lexus Akron/Canton dealership but I am really frustrated with the issues I have had with my door locks. If you take a look at Reynolds Services, Inc., and our history with Lexus, we have been buying SUV's since the early 2000. I have driven the RX300, then the 400h, then 450h and now the one I have. With the last two 450h I have had issues with the door lock actuators. The car I drive just passed 70,000 miles and now the rear driver door has an actuator issue once again. I have driven the Rx300 and 400h suv's for 200,000 plus thousand miles with no issues on the doors. It is disheartening when you support a luxury brand like Lexus for almost 3 decades and you still see these issues persist over time. I am not certain at this point if I would invest in a new Lexus going forward. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx for further discussion if needed. Thank you for allowing me to express my comments. I feel that the faulty/fragile valve stem on the tires of the 23 GX should be recalled. It’s clearly having many issues. I had no issues removing the caps and temps were above 45 so not frozen, but it instantly broke on contact with an air gage. After repair it took hours for the sensor to even register a pressure reading. I do not feel that this is completely reflective on the service I received but I should not have been sent off in my Lexus until the job was complete and tires balanced which were not. I have a leased vehicle I have had for barely a year now that I fear attempting to put air in the tires and left stranded. Please look into this delicate faulty stem/sensor piece for your customers safety.
