Tire sales guys is a pushy a**hole. Chased me down in used lot while I was looking for my next car, and pressed me with “what is keeping you from doing this today”. Didn’t care for that approach.

I had an appointment on 3/1/25 to fix a flat tire. I dropped off my vehicle on Friday 2/28/25, after discussing with a representative who called to confirm my appointment. Saturday came around and I called the dealership at 3:45 pm asking if my car was finished. Service closes at 4 pm on Saturday and I was told that my car would be ready on Monday morning. Completely unacceptable as we’re a household that needs two vehicles. I was told my rep called off on Saturday and there was an obvious lack of communication because no one reached out to let me know. The person working the service desk stayed after hours to make sure I was able to get a loner vehicle. I’m pleased he was able to help me. The lack of communication is unacceptable and I won’t return my vehicle to this dealership. Something as small as communicating to a customer the status of their vehicle is unacceptable.
