While the service itself was good, the workmanship was not. Each of my winter tires had a different psi reading. This was the first time in 6 years this has happened.

very good service experience. much better than what i’ve experienced at metro lexus. attentive, friendly and focused. i’m looking forward to my next visit. i noticed that the technician cracked the bezel on the control screen perhaps while working on the software update. thanks again for your help and recommendations.

This was my first visit and I appreciated the chance to get acquainted. I chose to wait while service was done and the waiting area was very comfortable. Snacks & beverages were available, as was free WiFi. Zerryck was very helpful, and went above and beyond to help get some minor scratches taken care of. Very happy I’ve chosen to become part of the Lexus community!
