Ongoing problems that nobody wants to take responsibility. Moreover, Lexus is not standing by their parts or service department.
Expected “Experience Amazing,” or “The relentless pursuit of perfection,” but got excuses and customer blame.

No need to contact me. Just need some more communication and information in regard to Sunbit lending. It was made out to be like a loan and the customer pays the difference but when it came down to actually pay 1/2 down was required. If that was the case then I would have paid for 1 service instead of having 2 services completed when thinking I was getting the help I needed! Just let customers know more before agreeing to services that can be put off to a later time.
Then I get my car home and the steering wheel is not straight after new tires and alignment. First time I have ever had any complaints but I know Lexus will make it better.

I must have a loaner due to the fact that I am a caregiver for my husband. The loaner they gave to me was dirty. Not the outside, but the inside. The front window had something smeared on it. The computer screen was also very dirty-I was afraid to touch it. The vehicle kind of smelled. The floors had stuff all over them. I don't expect these vehicles to be pristine but I hate to think I'm going to get some kind if disease from them!????
As a result of my latest service at your dealership, I will no longer use the dealership for my service needs. Additionally, when I upgrade to a GX in a few months, I will not be purchasing from the Akron/Canton Lexus dealership.
When I scheduled my service online it was for the 80,000 mile service which included new spark plugs. After checking in for service, Bryce informed me spark plugs were not included in the $304.95, even though it was clearly listed. I showed him the services listed on the app, he took a screenshot of my phone, showed the service manager and proceeded to tell me the dealership would not honor it. I told him they needed replaced. Upon picking up the vehicle, I discovered the spark plugs were not replaced nor did the current coupon applied. Additionally, a piece of trim on the driver’s door was hanging off(which was not an issue when the vehicle was dropped off).
