Zerryck was courteous and professional. He kept his cool when I got a little heated because I questioned an alignment when Lexus had just performed an alignment two xeeks previous....later I realized that your software had listed an alignment as an issue even though one was performed on that visit. I appreciated Zerryck's calm demeanor.

When I bought the car a year ago I noticed a slight hesitation in acceleration but thought that was normal for the car. In a recent service visit Josh recommended cleaning the fuel injection system and explained why. The cleaning seems to have eliminated the hesitation. I’m happy with the result.
The entire dealership is fantastic. I had a serious issue with my 2024 nx and Lexus replaced it with a new 2025 in a timely manner. We are Lexus owners for life.
