I ask to not have my cabin and air filter checked. I advised that I take care of that myself. The stuff in my glove compartment was moved around. I'm 90 percent sure they checked my cabin filter.

Pryce is the kindest service depart person I have ever dealt with. He’s personable, you never feel like you’re being rushed. If. You only need 10 minutes he doesn’t try to prolong the event. If he doesn’t the answer he gets it before you leave. He bends over backwards to ensure you get quality customer. There isn’t anyone else there who treats the customer feel like they are a part of the family. If I purchased another vehicle from Lexus I would most likely drive to North Carolina as people fell allover yo’. They lavished you with gifts and kindness. All in all we are extremely blessed to have this beautiful Lexus.
