Service performed was fine. The unsatisfactory portion was that the car wash was not in operation..todays experience with being unable to have the car washed is the common occurrence..

Vehicle rides as if something is wrong with the tires. It wasn't riding like that before the alignment.
Car was towed in on 9/9 to have flat tire replaced and 10,000 mile service performed. Lexus roadside assist came to pick up car but not with needed flat bed but tow truck. Had to then get a flat bed. Car received at Lexus Akron on 9/9. On 9/10 called service dept. to confirm new tire to be done and service and this was confirmed to be done. Also advised service department that Akron, would upon completion, deliver our car. We were advised that would be no issue but that no drivers would be available until Wednesday we said “ fine.” Wednesday we left messages asking when the car would be delivered but received no return call. At 3 PM that day I called and was asked to once again leave a message . I replied “no, page them we are done leaving messages.” We were then advised no drivers were available, that day as previously committed to, until THURSDAy and we then agreed to a window for delivery between noon and 2 PM. On Thursday 9/12 at 2:30 PM we received a call “ we are running late leaving now. Driver arrives in our car and asks “ where is the car being returned?” We advised our car was towed in with agreement Lexus would have drivers return it!” The driver was very frustrated but nice and I then drove the 80 miles round trip to take him back to the dealership. The lack of communication over four days was appalling and the fact it took four days the same. Not the usual level of service we have received in past after purchasing our 2024 ES 350 from Akron.

Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Oil changed was done. Tire rotation wasn’t. Stated there was a problem with the bolts. I went to a car repair shop and there wasn’t a problem removing the bolts. I had the brakes replaced and tire rotation was completed. Felt like they weren’t interested in doing the work.
Zerryck Rodger’s went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me when I called to bring my car in immediately in last Saturday morning when my message board in my car alerted me to call the Lexus dealership! He calmed my fears and he gave me a BRAND NEW 2025 loaner vehicle and told me not to worry, but to take care of myself because my health comes first. I had several medical appointments on Monday for my aneurysm, and knowing I would have a safe vehicle to travel to get to my medical appointments there and back, made all the difference to me!! Zerryck is very professional, AMAZING AND ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! He gave me the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THANK YOU ZERRYCK!! YOU’RE THE BEST!
