I thought that you would see that I got a complimentary car was.
NO communication.... Previous advisors would always call and say "we're this far on your car... We see this or that .. would you like us to do this or that..?" But with this advisor, we didn't hear anything for 2 hrs, so we came back to the shop....only to find out they hadn't started on our car because he thought since the glass repair wasn't coming until Friday, then they may as well do our car later. "So I assume from that, we are taking the loaner car home.?" He says yeah & you can come back Friday....big miscommunication because I wouldn't have that service if I couldn't take my car the same day....I'm an hour drive home. So I say to him "well can I have the valay service then.?" He agreed that could happen... So again I hear nothing from him on Friday, so I call around 11:20....he says "window tech is finished, the service tech is just getting the car." So apparently I didn't need to bring my car in on Thursday & spend 2 hours driving around Akron waiting on a call about my car, because it wasn't even getting serviced until Friday.! So during our phone conversation, I ask him again "So will you call when the car is done & is on its way home.?" he says, "yep, they will call when they are leaving the shop". Well at 1:30 he calls & I was in Kroger & missed the call until i came back to the car...his voicemail says "we have a porter here for about another ½hr, so give us a call so we can make arrangements..." wait...why call to make arrangements...?? We already made these arrangements....so a ½hr passed by the time I realized I had a missed call....so I frantically call back...he says "oh the porter left for the day...let me see if I can find anyone else..." Omg.!! So frustrating.!!! Thankfully someone was available to bring my car home....but yes, please call me, I'd love to speak with someone... I will gladly elaborate & fill in the blanks...
Nick and Eric did a great job working with Michelin to get a credit on new tires. My only question is when are you fixing your car wash? The loaner was filthy and so was my car when it was returned.
For the first time in 33years of Lexus service, my car was returned filthy!!! It was not washed, vacuumed or windows cleaned. Absolutely filthy and totally disappointing. I called, left message and have had no reply!

We had to make 3 separate appointments for regular maintenance and detailing on our 2024 RX350. The valet did not show up the first 2 times and no one called us to tell us they weren’t coming. The 3rd time they picked it upon Tuesday and brought it back on Thursday, but never did the detailing, even though my wife had reminded them twice. Now I have to find someone else to do it…..and maybe someone else to do the maintenance.
I’m not happy with our service experience.
