Nick checked me in quickly and painlessly. The service was completed in a timely manner. In fact, he was even able to get some minor scratches out of my paint. My sales person from when I bought the vehicle, Yoko even called to check in to make sure all was ok with the car. A very pleasant experience overall.

As always, my Lexus Service Experience was exceptional. My only disappointment was that my original Michelin tires with only 23,000 miles were recommended for replacement. I was hoping that I could get a longer wear on those tires.
