Everything was perfect as usual!
As always, my Lexus Service Experience was exceptional. My only disappointment was that my original Michelin tires with only 23,000 miles were recommended for replacement. I was hoping that I could get a longer wear on those tires.
Very much appreciate the professionalism and openness and keeping me in the loop as far as the service that my Lexus required.

I had extenuating circumstances so I called ahead. The advisor on the phone was very efficient and told me what to expect an approximate cost. When I get there, everything had to be repeated and after an hour and 15 minutes, I was told that I needed to replace my tire sensor, which I knew from the very beginning. I have been told the process would take an hour and a half and the cost was in the $200 range. Bryce said the cost will be about four to $400. We’ll take another hour to complete every time I went out to get an update on my car and the progress, it was like I was being introduced to him all over again. I was very frustrated as I had to leave in the morning for Florida. I decided after an hour and a half not to get the new sensor there but wait until I got to Florida because I did not have 2 1/2 hours to spend total. I was very stressed but did not fail like I was valued an emergency situation.

Service was good. Only thing is that it was a little long. Not a problem because I expected it to be;however, was told it would take approximately 1.5hrs but took 3. So I would just prefer to have a better time estimate.
When I arrived I was told that they didn’t have me on the schedule for my service appointment. Nobody seemed to know what happened but I clearly made it for that date and time. I also asked them to take a look at the back drivers side seat. There was a stain and I had paid for the armor all package. They told me they would try and get it out, but if not possible send me to another location to get it taken care of. It was never looked at or discussed at pickup. Stain is still there.
