I was under the impression that your group had planned to pick up our car at our home, while leaving a loaner for our use if needed here, and your group was going to return our car to our home when completed.

The past and had the use of a car until you were finished, and then returned your car, either same day, or when we were told it was finished.
We appreciated the offer to pick it up at our home, but we’re not told it would be finished that same day, a late Friday , and we would be responsible to somehow get back to your shop with your car after your shop would be closed?
I would suggest that instead of using voicemails, etc., it will work better for someone to call us and talk to us about your plan for completing the job and getting the cars back to each owner.
The gentleman who brought the loaner car to our home was excellent and was helpful in everything and I thought our car would be returned when ready. Please do not blame him if I misunderstood!!

I work for Dell Technologies as a Sr. Service Manager and I know customer excellence when I see it. The team at Lexus of Akron Canton are simply the best! I just had the 120K mile service completed on my ES. Check engine light came on shortly after pulling away. I drove back into the garage and the team quickly found the issue, it was a simple fix - vacuum line came unplugged. This team took ownership of the issue and made it right and fast. Professional and knowledgable with great communication. Thank you service team - you all rock!!

I have had my Rx since January 31, 2024. I still do not have my second fob. I feel that when I ask about it, no one really cares. It isn't their problem. It is my problem. I paid for the convenience of 2 fobs. I did call corporate. Again, it is my problem, not theirs. I was told I will get a letter in August, I will get my fob in August. Well, in June I was told I would get the fob in July. July 2025? 2026?
