When I got to my appt I was told there was no loaner available. They called me yesterday to confirm the appt. I questioned why I wasn't called this morning before the appt to tell me no loaner was available. I live 40 minutes away.so I just stayed and waited for my vehicle. Luckily the service was completed in a shorter time than stated

Zerryck did an excellent job. I do however wish that the part had been ordered ahead of time, since it was on my service order to sort out the recall related to the head rest. I wish I didn’t have to make a return trip to get the head rest fixed.
