When I called, The scheduler assured me my appointment was at the Green location. Imagine my surprise when I discovered I was supposed to be at the Cleveland location! Josh was so nice in handling my dilemma

My experience with Pryce was different. I was text with recommendations I needed for my car and I refused. I asked Pryce and he replied we recommend tires only.My tires are not two years old and I get wheel alignment when recommended. Not this trip. So, I was confused and not trust what Pryce recommended.

Turn around was fast. While the issue I brought it in does not feel completely resolved I do not believe it has to do with any of care my vehicle received while it was there. Overall they do a great job and have good service

Josh is a very nice guy. All of the service people that I knew from past visits, except for Norm who is the great guy too, are gone. So many fresh faces including Josh. But I was comfortable with him. He was genuine.In addition to the oil change that I came in for, he explained to me about the cabin filter issue that needed replacing. I had to wait a little longer to get that done but it was worthwhile and I got my car washed!
