Josh is a very nice guy. All of the service people that I knew from past visits, except for Norm who is the great guy too, are gone. So many fresh faces including Josh. But I was comfortable with him. He was genuine.In addition to the oil change that I came in for, he explained to me about the cabin filter issue that needed replacing. I had to wait a little longer to get that done but it was worthwhile and I got my car washed!

Was old & expecting to have my car returned late same day. Received text message 3:30 that it would be. I waited around but no return. So I cancelled my morning breakfast meeting expecting morning car delivery. Called dealer & told waiting for key fob to be programed & could not give me time for delivery. Car not deliver till late afternoon. So I not drive your car due to uncertainty of time delivery & had to ask a friend/neighbor to drive me to scheduled afternoon meeting.

The entire process was hindered by a severe lack of communication. I was forced to cancel appointments and personal situations because I was not notified of the situation by the service department. This went on for several days. Yes I’m well aware that your dealership lost power. However in this modern day and age cell phones are available to make needed calls. I am so disturbed by the service I received that I don’t think I will ever return to this dealership again. Certainly not the service I expected from a Lexus dealer. This is my first Lexus and most likely my last as service is key. The key to success in all of life not just business is communication. Obviously this is something your dealership lacks.

The cost went from $77 to $108. Too big of jump in less than 3 months. I will be shopping around for my next oil change.
