Impressive facility and staff. Josh was ready for me and I got the car serviced and on my way quickly.
The entire process was hindered by a severe lack of communication.
I was forced to cancel appointments and personal situations because I was not notified of the situation by the service department. This went on for several days. Yes I’m well aware that your dealership lost power. However in this modern day and age cell phones are available to make needed calls.
I am so disturbed by the service I received that I don’t think I will ever return to this dealership again. Certainly not the service I expected from a Lexus dealer. This is my first Lexus and most likely my last as service is key.
The key to success in all of life not just business is communication. Obviously this is something your dealership lacks.
The cost went from $77 to $108.
Too big of jump in less than 3 months.
I will be shopping around for my next oil change.

Josh is very customer focused and he is very personable. He does a great job explaining to you what is going to be done with the car, and when the car should be ready for pick up. We also want to single out Norm who is always there to greet us and make us feel welcome. We think these two individuals represent what customer service should be, which is hard to find in our world today.
Josh saved me from having new brakes put on as the wear wasn’t low enough. That is great customer service!

Called Josh with a question yesterday about whether or not rear wiper blade had been replaced per my request (did not see on invoice). Left message around noon and did not hear back from him
