Josh is very customer focused and he is very personable. He does a great job explaining to you what is going to be done with the car, and when the car should be ready for pick up. We also want to single out Norm who is always there to greet us and make us feel welcome. We think these two individuals represent what customer service should be, which is hard to find in our world today.
Josh saved me from having new brakes put on as the wear wasn’t low enough. That is great customer service!

Service was good but a couple things were left unfinished. The team didn’t vacuum the trunk of the car even though a note was left. A big ball of used tape was left on drivers side. Mats were misplaced and not put back correctly.
