My doors were still very dirty/muddy on all of the underside rubber area that meets the car when closed. Maybe that’s not part of the inside? Back windows inside still had where my dog licked them on both sides. Remaining dog hair behind driver seat where seat had not been moved to get to it. I looked under floor mats on driver side to find the white residue
Where the salt and water came together. Previously when I cleaned it- I was able to get it out with just water and a rag. Areas on ceiling not touched. I’ve been afraid to try clean with it being that very light color.
I guess I was expecting the clean I got when I first got the vehicle.
I won’t do a detailed clean again. Norman and Ellie very kind and attentive.

While it is never good to have a big repair like this, I trust the team there and really appreciate Josh’s approach. Very straight forward, timely in his communication, and just very professional.
Ellie met me with a smile,read to me what service was being performed, told me how long it would take and she and Norm told me to have a cup of coffee or hot chocolate in the waiting room.????????. I was text when it was done. It doesn’t get any better than that. What a team!!

Nothing but thevies and robbers,is how I
feel about your service department. I hate
doing business with your service department
If it wasnt needed I would have not had my
Lexus fixed by you. Josh knew I was upset
and said nothing, did nothing. Told me he
would talk to the technician and the general
manager about my issue, still waiting to
hear back. Not surprised. There is a huge
disconnect between the techs and the service
desk staff, leads a loyal customer like me
to NOT TRUST the service denartment and the
mechanics. Funny how my estimate was 338.00
and when I paid the bill it was 978.00. No
phone call that our bill would be over
double. No phone call to let me know it
would take another dav for my car to be fixed. Plus, funny how the mechanic has
indicated I need a new driving belt, twice
now at my last two oil changes. Giving two
different reasons why I need a new one

That i replaced it only 20k miles ago. No
follow up that maybe there might be a issue
With the part I paid 214.00 an hour for
your mechanic to work on my car, which to
replace a cable and a bracket to the hood of
mv_car took 3 1/2 hours. Some how I think I paid for his lunch and social time too.
I would have preferred to spend my
money talking to him directly. But i have
never been given that opportunity. I love
lexus products, but feel like I am always
being taken advantage of, lied to or robbed
from your service department
