It was upsetting to find out there was a mile limit for the shuttle to drop me off at my house. In my previous visit, I wasn’t told how long I’d be and I ended up waiting three hours. I would have appreciated to be told ahead of time approximately how long my service would take so I could plan accordingly. I also felt like I wasn't given customer satisfaction from the employer who helped me. Even though my car is under my name, I felt as though he only spoke to my partner. He attempted handing the paperwork to my partner, which I had to reach for and signed the papers myself. This unfortunately led me to the decision of taking my car elsewhere.

Not only I wasn’t offered a car wash but I also got multiple dirty oil mark on the center console and on the driver’s side door .

I had a bad screeching from the brakes , they said brakes were fine but lots of dust so they cleaned and said it should be fine. Later in the day I was backing up and I heard the screeching again. I will be driving tomorrow to see if it continues. I hate the noise and Never had a car do it before. I will be calling you if it continues . I have a 2013 Rave 4 with 51000 miles on it . Just should not be doing this.your rep Melissa was very nice . Also I had told her the car was not driven much for the past 2 years.only from Placentia to Newport Beach occasionally and 2?trips to Arizona . I sincerely hope it does not continue.
