I was quoted 1.5 to 2 hours for the job to be completed but it took 2.5 hours. There was no handoff or a notice that he was out. Hector may have went to lunch but there was no sufficient back up to ensure follow through with the orders. I waited there the whole time and no one bothered to check until I sought help.

Phillip tuong thia , was helping me in service . He said service was going to take 4 and it took 7hours . That's not what bothered me . It was his attitude . All I wanted is a reprint out of my the miles that just said the miles with out the service info on the service sheet . He refuse to give it to me . But I couldn't even explain it to him because he was so fueled and was just talking over me on a problem that effects me ! I'm losing money and he was behaving like PHILIP was losing money . I really couldn't explain it at all to him . I had a hard time explain my self BECAUSE HE WOULD TALKE OVER ME . Then he said I should sue my the warranty company because they were giving Me the "run around . " is he going to pay for the legal fees ? HE IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO GIVE LEGAL ADVISE . THE WORSE DEALER I HAVE EVER BEEN . I been to many .
