Every time Dana said he would call back, he never did. I'm talking about at least 4 or five times. Y'all have had our camper for more than 4 months and only fixed the AC. The other warenty items were never fixed. I hope this helps.

The work was good but they didn't contact our insurance are us in a timely manner. A lot of miss communication on there part. To many people telling us different things like our warranty had run out when its good until 2024 .

If I had it to do all over again. I would never buy from OpenRoadsRV, and I would never recommend to a friend (or enemy). Not a pleasant experience, at all.

Dana was wonderful was very happy with his expertise we are very happy to have found your place. We seen it on a big billboard going 75N You need to have a small sign at the exit like restaurants and gas stations do saving turn right 1.5 miles I will recommend your place to everyone THANK YOU
