Whites Ga Service team were very attentive to my needs. I always feel they are not trying to rip me off as a women by charging high unnecessary services. They establish a trust relationship with their customers, which is not the case at some RV servicing.

Shane does not understand the concept of communication with the customer. I had to continually call to get updates on our camper. Promises made and not kept are the norm from Tom all the way down to Shane. The only reason that I continue to come back is because Aaron is a quality employee and goes out of his way to take care of us. However, I don't know how much longer I will put up with the BS from the people in the chain above him before I go elsewhere.

I feel like I have been getting the run around. Staples were found coming through the roof during the yearly service in November. It is now going on 3 months and it is still not resolved. I would not recommend Open Roads to anyone. I am completely dissatisfied with how things have been handled.
