Best way to put it, when I come for a service, I'm requesting and looking for Mr. Calvin. He makes me feel like I'm at home. I brag on his customer service to my friends, and recommend them to go visit Mr. Calvin at Price Acura in Dover. He'll take good care of you! One of my friend's came with me today to get my.car service, and she took her shoes off, forgot where we were. Just like home!

Went Almost 3 days without a car. Communication was poor. Service Advisor should have called to explain the issue, why it took so long to repair, how it was resolved, whether it was covered under factory warranty or extended warranty. I had to call him and ask the question. You are more concerned about getting the best rating/feedback but you don’t even do the bare minimum. Price Acura is NOT the stellar dealership it used to be!

Colleen is one of the friendliest people that I have ever met and her customer service skills match her glowing personality.
